Shipping Policy

Delivery costs £15.00 to anywhere in the UK and Northern Ireland, but you can enjoy free delivery by signing up for our mailing list. You’ll receive a free delivery code to use at checkout.

We ship via DHL, ensuring all orders are fully tracked and insured for your peace of mind. Depending on your location, we strive to provide next-working-day delivery. 

 

All stock orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next business day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on Monday or on the next business day. 

 

Once your bespoke order has been manufactured and is ready for shipping, it will be sent via DHL. Depending on your location, delivery is typically completed the next working day.

 

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once your order has been dispatched. If you wish amend your delivery address, please contact us immediately after placing it to avoid dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the link provided.
