The following are the current Terms & Conditions of ‘Ezee Parts ltd’. They are the basis on which any order for goods and/or services may be accepted by Ezee Parts ltd. By placing an order with us you are offering to enter into a contract to which these Terms & Conditions will apply. Please read them carefully and print out a copy for future reference. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

1. Placing an Order

Our online shop is designed to be user-friendly, ensuring a smooth shopping experience. However, if you face any difficulties, please contact us via email or telephone before entering your credit or debit card details to finalise your order.

You can modify your order details at any point up until you submit your card details. Once your order is finalised, we recommend printing a copy for your records.

All orders, including payment details, are processed securely through an encrypted server. 

If we are unable to fulfil your order, for instance, due to insufficient stock, we will notify you, typically within 24 hours or the next business day. 

2. Payment

Payments must be made in Pounds Sterling (GB£); we do not accept payments in any other currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro as standard payment methods.

If you wish to pay using an alternative method such as cash, BACs, phone payment, or cheque, please contact us to make arrangements. Please note that orders paid through alternative methods will only be processed once we have received cleared funds.

3. Order confirmation

Once your order has been placed and accepted, we will send you an order confirmation via email. Please review this confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies between the order details and your intended purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation within 4 working days, please contact us promptly.

By placing your order, you agree that we may begin processing it immediately upon acceptance. Therefore, it is essential to provide accurate details when placing your order. While we may accommodate adjustments in certain circumstances, this is not always guaranteed.

For orders involving personalised, customised, or made-to-order goods, you may cancel only until we begin work on your items. As work may start immediately, it is crucial to ensure all order details are correct at the outset. 4. Colour and appearance

Please be aware that slight variations in color and appearance may occur with our products. Images displayed on this website or in any other publication are intended for illustrative purposes only.

5. Delivery times

Once an order is accepted, we aim to dispatch standard products within 4 working days and custom products within 15–25 working days. These are estimated delivery times and cannot be guaranteed; however, we consistently fulfill orders well within these timeframes. If a significant delay is anticipated, we will notify you promptly.

Please consider these expected delivery times when placing your order. If you require urgent delivery sooner than our standard timeframes, we may be able to accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply, and we encourage you to contact us as early as possible to make arrangements.

6. Prices

We strive to ensure that all prices displayed on this website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we identify a pricing error for goods you have ordered before accepting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

In such cases, you will have the option to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we do not receive a response, your order will be treated as cancelled. Should your order be cancelled, any payments already made will be refunded in full.

8. Delivery and Postage

Where no one is available to accept a delivery, if practical, your order will be left in a safe place or with a neighbour – please add any specific delivery instructions in the customer comments section on the checkout when ordering. 9. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and do not share buyers’ information with third parties, except when necessary to process order details as part of order fulfillment. In such cases, the third party is prohibited from disclosing your information to others.
